nResponsibilities

- Responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug safety and pharmacovigilance matters.n
- Providing accurate and timely information on adverse events, product inquiries, and medical information requests.n
- Documenting all interactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.n




- Escalating complex inquiries or adverse events to appropriate personnel for further evaluation and resolution.n
- Collaborating with the drug safety team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on reported issues.n
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.n

nQualifications

- BPharma or MPharma Degreen

nRequired Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical information call handlingn
- Valuable Verbal and written communication skillsn
- Should be willing to work night shiftsn
- Should be willing to work from our Bangalore officen
