- End-to-end monthly payroll processing and vendor coordinationn
- Payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and compliance checksn
- Administration of PF, leave encashment, medical advantages, and employee loan schemesn
- Management of Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliancesn
- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to employee compensationn
- Coordination with auditors and management of payroll auditsn
- Preparation of payroll MIS, statutory reports, and employee benefit recordsn
- Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger payroll controlsn

n Experience

- n
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Statutory Compliancen
- Sound knowledge of PF, PT, Income Tax, and payroll accountingn
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsn
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement capabilitiesn
