nWe are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Mumbai team and manage the end-to-end operational execution of international commodity trades.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade contracts, shipment coordination, container bookings, shipping documentation and liaison with buyers, sellers, freight forwarders and shipping lines.
n
n Responsibilities
n• Prepare, review and coordinate purchase and sales contracts for international commodity transactions.
n• Manage the complete order-to-delivery trade operations cycle .
n• Coordinate container bookings with shipping lines / freight forwarders and monitor shipment schedules.
n• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers and other service providers.
n• Prepare and verify shipping and commercial documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin,



Certificates of Analysis, Insurance documents and other export/import documents .
n• Track shipments from origin to destination and ensure timely documentation and delivery.
n• Coordinate with banks for LC / payment-related documentation , wherever applicable.
n• Ensure that contractual terms, shipment deadlines and documentation requirements are complied with.
n• Maintain proper records of contracts, shipments, invoices, logistics costs and related correspondence.
n• Liaise with internal sales and accounts teams for smooth execution and settlement of trades.
n• Handle operational issues, delays, documentation discrepancies and claims in coordination with relevant parties.
n• Support management in improving trade execution and logistics processes .
