nDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets.
nAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
nSet clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team.

- Network Expansion: n

nSupport business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and projects.
nIdentify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels.

- Promotional Activities: n

nPlan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities.
nUtilize the various platforms to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.

- Collaboration: n





nEnsure no outstanding dues in the market by implementing effective credit control measures.
nMonitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to manage receivables.
nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
nCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch current products and promotions

- Candidate who is having 8+ years of relevant exposure in Tile Adhesives and its range of products in Mumbai marketn
- Exposure in Retail Sales in North Market of Tile Adhesives is a must with team handling exposure.n
