nFabConnect is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a full-time opportunity at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore .
nWe are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in customer support, tele-calling, grievance handling, and customer relationship management .
n Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore
n Experience: 1 Year
n Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
n Department: Marketing / Customer Support
n⏰ Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities n✔ Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
n✔ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
n✔ Follow up on service requests, complaints, and issue resolution
n✔ Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely closure
n✔ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
n✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets




n✔ Track recurring customer concerns and prepare daily/weekly reports
n✔ Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Key Skills Required n✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n✅ Inbound & Outbound Tele-calling
n✅ Customer Query Handling
n✅ Complaint & Grievance Resolution
n✅ Customer Relationship Management
n✅ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
n✅ Basic MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge
n✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Industry Experience nCandidates from E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, Service Industry, BPO, or Contact Centre backgrounds will be preferred.
