Job Role- Sales Manager

nKey Responsibilities
nIdentify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across the assigned region.
nDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
nManage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
nConduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
nPrepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.
nNegotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.
nUnderstand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to provide suitable solutions.
nManage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
nMaintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities.




nParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
nLead and mentor sales team members, set targets, and monitor their performance.
nConduct regular field visits and travel within the assigned territory as required.

nRequired Qualifications & Skills
nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
nMBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
nStrong experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management, preferably in industrial, automation, engineering, security, or access-control products.
nGood understanding of entrance control systems, security solutions, automation products, or related engineering products.
nProven ability to develop sales strategies and manage sales pipelines.
nExperience using CRM tools for sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
