Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their business requirements.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and presentations, followed by regular client follow-ups.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update lead and client status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle product
- and service-related queries professionally.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns or escalations.




- Manage AMC follow-ups and renewals while identifying repeat and additional business opportunities.
- Coordinate service reports, purchase orders, invoices and payment collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and client-status reports.
- Manage communication and coordination among clients, internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in CRM, B2B sales, client servicing or business development, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition, relationship management and sales pipeline development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and confident in attending meetings and closing deals.
- Willing to take responsibility for sales, client servicing, delivery coordination and payment follow-ups.
