Freelance Fitness, Wellness & Sports Instructors

We are looking for qualified and certified freelance professionals to provide in-person training and coaching services to clients.

- Yoga Instructors
- Swimming Instructors
- Aerobics & Zumba Instructors
- Sports Coaches

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled, engaging, and safe in-person training sessions.
- Understand each client's fitness, wellness, or sports goals and provide suitable guidance.
- Create and deliver training sessions based on the client's needs and ability level.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality with clients.
- Provide a demonstration session as part of the selection process.
- Maintain relevant professional certifications and qualifications.
- Relevant certification or professional qualification in your area of expertise.
- Previous experience in personal training, yoga, swimming, aerobics, Zumba, or sports coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach and commitment to client safety.




- Ability to conduct in-person sessions at client locations or mutually agreed locations.

Engagement & Compensation

This is a freelance / independent contractor opportunity. Trainers are connected with clients who select a suitable training package.

Compensation is based on successful client conversions and the agreed package. For each client conversion, the applicable 50% service commission will be calculated according to the agreed commercial terms between the trainer and the company.

Selection Process
- Our team will review your qualifications and experience.
- Shortlisted professionals will be contacted for a demonstration session.
- Selected trainers will be onboarded according to the agreed freelance terms.
