JOB DESCRIPTION - PRODUCTION MANAGER (HVAC MANUFACTURING)

Position: Production Manager - HVAC Manufacturing

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Plant Head / General Manager - Operations

Location: Bahadurgarh

Experience: 8-15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma - Mechanical / Production / HVAC or equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager - HVAC Manufacturing to lead and manage end-to-end production operations. The role will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing manpower and resources, reducing manufacturing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.




- Monitor production capacity and optimize machine and manpower utilization.
- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks.

2. HVAC Manufacturing Operations
- Manage manufacturing activities related to HVAC equipment and systems.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor processes such as sheet-metal fabrication, cutting, bending, welding, assembly, insulation, electrical/control panel integration, testing, and final inspection, as applicable.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials, components, tools, and equipment.

3. Quality Management
- Ensure production is carried out according to defined quality standards and specifications.
- Work closely with the Quality team to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
