Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies that have regular manpower and recruitment requirements.
- Meet HR Managers, HR Heads, Directors, Business Owners, and Hiring Managers.
- Understand client manpower requirements and explain our recruitment/staffing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and conduct presentations of HR services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, replacement policies, and service agreements.
- Convert leads into active clients and generate regular job requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Maintain a database of corporate clients and prospects.
- Track sales activities, meetings, leads, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Services.
- Experience in selling HR or recruitment services will be highly preferred.
- Strong corporate networking and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting senior HR professionals and business owners.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Knowledge of local corporate markets will be an advantage.
