Job Description - Delivery Operations Executive

Role: Delivery Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily delivery operations.
- Assign deliveries to delivery executives and ensure timely completion.
- Track delivery status and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth delivery services.
- Monitor delivery performance and support the team in achieving targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Prior experience in logistics/delivery operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
