About the Role:
We're looking for a performance marketer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This is a results-driven role — you'll be measured on ROAS, CAC, and conversion volume, not just spend managed.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to hit CAC/ROAS targets
- Build and test ad creative angles, copy, and audiences
- Track performance via Pixel/CAPI and Google Analytics; report weekly
- Run A/B tests and scale winning campaigns
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and delivery issues

Requirements:
- 2+ years running paid campaigns with real budget accountability (not just certifications)




- Proven track record — you'll need to share past account performance data or case studies
- Experience with Pixel/CAPI setup and Google Analytics
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal oversight

Nice to have:
- E-commerce or Shopify experience
- Experience with [D2C]

Pay: [5000 - 7000]
