POSITION OVERVIEW:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the implementation and support of AV technologies for deployment projects globally.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and AV integrators to design, automate, and deploy solutions that align with company standards.
- Develop and manage scripts, tools, and automation pipelines for provisioning and managing AV systems.
- Analyze, test, install, document, and support audio/video over IP solutions in a global, converged network environment.




- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support AV operations and upgrades in production.
- Produce scopes of work, documentation (including AV schematics), and vendor communications for current AV installations or retrofits.
- Identify and recommend new technologies or automation strategies to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of deployed AV configurations, including change history and versioning.
- Lead or assist in root cause analysis and long-term resolution of AV issues; mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting and automation techniques.
- Develop and manage project timelines, resource estimates, and product refresh schedules.
- Serve as Tier 3 support for complex AV issues and escalations in production environments.
- Travel up to 20% for deployments, testing, and operational support.
