Every day, people discover CampX through a reel, a story, or a comment on Instagram and Facebook — and stop to ask “how much?” or “is this available?” We're hiring a Telesales Executive whose job is to catch that spark of interest on the phone and turn it into a confirmed order, before it goes cold.

About the Role

You'll own the last mile between a lead and a sale. You're the first person a customer speaks to after showing interest on an ad — answering questions, building quick trust, and closing the order before they lose interest or buy elsewhere. A year in, success looks like a lead-to-sale conversion rate that consistently beats target, and a calling style customers genuinely enjoy.

What You'll Do
- Call and follow up on leads generated through CampX's Instagram and Facebook campaigns
- Explain products, pricing, and current offers clearly, and answer customer questions with confidence
- Handle price objections and hesitation with patience — persuasive,



never pushy
- Confirm orders (including COD verification) and pass clean, accurate details to the dispatch team
- Log every call, lead status, and outcome in the CRM so no lead falls through the cracks
- Re-engage leads that have gone cold with a timely follow-up call or WhatsApp message
- Consistently hit daily and weekly conversion targets

What We're Looking For

Required
- Fluent in Tamil and English, and comfortable on the phone for extended periods
- Confident, friendly communication style with genuine listening skills — this isn't a script-reading job
- Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets)
- A target-driven mindset and the patience to hear “no” and try again
- 0-2 years' experience — strong-communicator freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or telesales experience is a plus, not a requirement

- Experience in telesales/telecalling for e-commerce, D2C, or
