Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, project, engineering, CRM, finance, legal, procurement, and support functions.
- Manage manpower planning and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through consultants, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and employee relations.
- Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, and manpower costs.
- Partner with business/project heads to address workforce requirements and HR issues.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
