Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be telecalling — reaching out to prospective and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales.

Telecalling (primary task): Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases to introduce products/services and generate interest.

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and address their queries.

Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively over the phone.

Follow up with leads through repeated calls to convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain and update call records,



customer details, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel sheets.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and closures.

Provide feedback to the manager on customer responses and market trends.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred

Excellent verbal communication skills

Male /Female

Immediate joining required

Ed-Tech experience preferred.
