We’re looking for a performance marketing specialist to strategically plan, manage and optimise our paid digital marketing across Meta and Google.

What you’ll do:
- Develop monthly ad budgets and campaign strategies across our brands.
- Set up, manage and optimise Meta & Google Ads.
- Improve lead generation, enquiries, bookings and overall ROAS.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Identify what is working, what isn’t, and recommend changes to targeting, creatives, budgets and campaigns.
- Provide a concise monthly performance report and recommendations for the following month.
- SEO knowledge/experience will be an added advantage, particularly for improving organic visibility and reducing long-term dependence on paid advertising.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably in beauty, salon,



wedding, makeup, fashion or lifestyle businesses.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Data-driven but also capable of understanding creative and brand positioning.
- Proactive, responsive and accountable for results.
- Comfortable working independently with agreed objectives and budgets.
- SEO skills are an additional benefit but not mandatory.

Engagement: Freelance / monthly retainer
Location: Remote, with one face-to-face meeting per month
Ideal fit: Someone who thinks beyond “running ads” and takes ownership of the marketing numbers and business outcomes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
