We are seeking a talented and driven Architect to lead projects from schematic design through to construction administration. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and site teams to translate complex visions into structural realities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualisation, space planning, and 3D visualisation of [residential / commercial / retail] projects.
- Produce high-quality construction documents, detailed blueprints, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities regarding zoning and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design fidelity, and manage project timelines.

What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Traits: Strong spatial awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a team-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
