Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in Human Resources and develop strong people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Conduct basic research on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.




- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
