Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Value-Added Logistics Services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and business meetings.
- Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to provide timely and competitive quotations.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, customer database, and submit regular sales reports.
- Stay informed about market trends, trade routes, and geopolitical developments affecting the logistics industry.
- Travel as required for customer meetings, business development, and networking.
- Experience: 5-6 years in Sales & Marketing within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight,



Customs Clearance, and International Logistics.
- Strong understanding of geographical regions, trade lanes, and geopolitical factors impacting global logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings.
- This is a full-time, office-based role. Work From Home (WFH) is not applicable.
