- Gain knowledge of the basic job knowledge within each function and pass the associated tests and projects related to the leap program.
- Gain HF knowledge/knowledge of commercial and operational processes and routines/mechanical sales system & concept: Sop’s/ISA’s/sales steering/layout as a commercial tool/sales tree metrics and how to steer sales using the sales tree system




- Understand how each function contributes to the overall performance of the business goals
- Gain knowledge of the P&L; and understand how you can contribute to the bottom line
- KPI’s & productivity measurements related to each function
- Leading Others & working with people- Understand and practice IKEA leadership fundamentals
