We are looking for experienced, result-oriented Business Development Managers / Sales Managers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software and IT solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and present business proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales,



or software sales.
- Experience working with or selling solutions to manufacturing companies is mandatory.:
- Robust knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing business processes is mandatory.:
- A technical background is required.
- Good understanding of software, IT solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with customer visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in the automotive, industrial, or corporate sector will be an added advantage.
