About the Role

We are looking for a highly seasoned Digital Marketing Professional and Educator to step into a critical, hybrid leadership role at TGC Group. In this unique position, you will be the driving force behind our internal digital marketing efforts across all TGC Group websites, while also serving as the lead trainer for our digital marketing students.

Key Responsibilities

In-House Digital Marketing & Strategy:
- Site Management: Oversee and execute all digital marketing initiatives across TGC Group’s portfolio of websites.
- Traffic & Lead Gen: Drive organic and paid traffic, generate high-quality leads, and manage end-to-end conversion funnels.
- Performance Marketing: Design, implement, and scale profitable paid campaigns across Google Ads,



Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Advanced SEO: Lead Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Programmatic SEO initiatives to ensure our sites dominate search engine rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze website metrics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), and continuously optimize for better ROI.

Training & Curriculum Delivery:
- Core Instruction: Lead comprehensive digital marketing classes for students, ensuring they gain practical, up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Specialized Course Delivery: Teach tailor-made, advanced modules focusing on Programmatic SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and emerging industry trends.
- Curriculum Development: Continuously update course materials to ensure the curriculum reflects the absolute latest algorithms, tools, and marketing strategies.
