Kera Fine is a qualified hair care brand focused on delivering quality hair care and salon-focused solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post vacancies on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
- Handle joining formalities, employee documentation and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee information.
- Support payroll coordination and monthly HR reporting.
- Handle employee communication and basic grievances.
- Assist in employee engagement and company activities.




- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a growing organization.
