We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of a building construction project in Supaul, Bihar.

The role is primarily focused on site execution, contractor supervision, quality checks, measurements and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Monitor and coordinate contractors, masons and workers.
- Ensure construction is executed according to approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, levels, dimensions and alignment.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take measurements of completed work and maintain basic site records.
- Assist in checking contractor quantities and bills against actual work executed.
- Monitor material requirements, usage and wastage.
- Track daily progress and report delays or issues.
- Maintain regular photographs and progress updates.
- Identify deviations from drawings or specifications and report them promptly.




- Coordinate with the civil/structural engineer whenever technical clarification or approval is required.
- Ensure construction activities are properly sequenced and executed.

Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2-5 years of practical experience in building construction/site supervision preferred.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC construction, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete and masonry.
- Ability to take site measurements and understand basic BOQ/quantities.
- Experience supervising contractors and construction workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to construction quality and detail.
- Willingness to work full time at the construction site in Supaul, Bihar.
