Job Description - SEO, AEO, GEO & Social Media Executive
About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO, AEO, GEO & Social Media Executive to strengthen Derma Arts’ online presence across search engines, AI platforms, local search, and social media.

The role will focus on improving organic visibility, search rankings, AI visibility, Google Business Profile performance, website traffic, engagement, and ultimately organic leads and appointment enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
SEO - Search Engine Optimization
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research for dermatology, skin, hair, aesthetic, weight-loss, cosmetic, and wellness treatments.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, schema, and internal linking.
- Identify recent keyword opportunities based on search intent, commercial intent, location, and treatment-specific queries.
- Improve rankings for location-based keywords such as Dermatologist in Delhi, Skin Clinic in GK,



Hair Treatment in Delhi, etc.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify content, keyword, backlink, and SERP opportunities.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and relevant off-page SEO strategies.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including broken links, indexing, redirects, page speed, sitemap, crawlability, and other website issues.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall website SEO health.
AEO - Answer Engine Optimization
- Optimize website content to increase the chances of Derma Arts being surfaced in Google featured snippets, People Also Ask, AI-generated answers, and conversational search results.
- Identify common questions users ask around dermatology, skin, hair, aesthetics, and cosmetic treatments.
- Create and optimize FAQ sections, question-based content, concise answers, comparison content, and informational pages.
- Structure content around search intent
