Job Title - Finance Analyst
About the Role: A commercial finance professional is a finance business partner who provides key support to assist management in ensuring a smooth financial operation to support our client contracts. As a trusted business partner, the person will be liaising with multiple functions across the client accounts with CBRE to deliver tasks in accordance with SLAs.

What You’ll Do:OTC:




Understanding of basic accounting

Generating invoices, credit notes, and debit notes while ensuring accuracy & adherence to contractual/client SLA/KPIs

Reporting and following up on overdue payments and invoice discrepancies

Acting as a point of contact for stakeholder queries on invoicing / AR status

Highlighting to relevant teams (RTR/ finance lead) if there are misses in invoicing for the month to ensure accruals can be made at month end

Experience/ knowledge on billing-AR-cash collection cycle is an advantage

Operations/PTP:
Understanding of basic accounting

Overseeing vendor PO issuance, tracking & status management

Vendor lifecycle management

Processing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and liaising with operations

Validating invoicing, review status and highlighting delays or discrepancies with finance lead and operations

AP escalation & payment processing

Generating Open PO reports and other month end rep
