Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Back Office Executives for an International Fintech Non-Voice Process. The role involves backend operations, data processing, document verification, record maintenance, and ensuring accuracy while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office and non-voice operations.
- Process and verify customer/account-related information accurately.
- Review documents and data according to process guidelines.
- Update and maintain records in internal systems.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain required quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.





Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.:
- Minimum 6 months of documented Back Office / Non-Voice experience required.
- Prior experience in a back-office or non-voice process is mandatory.
- B2 level or above English communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good computer and data-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international process.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working:
- Rotational shifts:
- Rotational week-offs:
- 10-hour shift: 9 hours login + 1-hour break

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month - Flat

Additional benefits will be provided as per company policy.
