Position: Social Media Manager (SEO)

Location: Dhankavdi, Pune, Maharashtra

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Off

Requisites:
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Good understanding of content planning and social media strategy.
- Robust written and spoken English.
- Good client communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing or review management.
- Experience handling multiple industries.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising.





Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Develop captions, hooks, content ideas, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and clients.
- Manage client approvals, publishing, and content schedules.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
- Research trends, competitors, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Manage comments, DMs, and basic community engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and manage on-page SEO activities.
- Coordinate SEO requirements with website and content teams.
- Track website and SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
