Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Approach customers, identify their needs, and provide recommendations.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase product features, benefits, and usage through demonstrations.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals.
- Display Maintenance: Set up, clean, and restock promotional booths or stalls.
- Reporting: Track sales figures, record customer feedback, and report trends to management.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 year work experience as a promoter, salesperson, or in a similar marketing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid,



persuasive presentation abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with various personalities and handle rejection gracefully.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and set up promotional materials.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers for inventory or sales tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
