Telecaller / Telesales Executive - HP Leads

SYSMANTECH is looking for 10 professional Telecallers / Telesales Executives to handle customer leads and enquiries generated for HP products.

This role is focused on lead follow-up, understanding customer requirements and converting enquiries into store visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided HP leads:
- Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, printers and accessories
- Explain suitable products, current offers, EMI, exchange and other purchase options
- Convert enquiries into store visits and confirmed sales
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers
- Update lead status and customer remarks accurately in CRM
- Coordinate with HP World store sales teams for closing leads
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets




- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Conversion preferred
- Strong Malayalam communication skills
- Good English communication
- Tamil/Hindi communication will be an added advantage
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Sales and target-oriented attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Incentive
₹20,000 per month fixed salary
₹25,000 per month on target achievement
