About the Role

LITOMATIC is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the LED driver industry to develop B2B project and channel business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities within the LED driver and lighting ecosystem.
- Build relationships with lighting dealers, manufacturers, project partners and international brands.
- Identify new B2B opportunities and convert them into business.
- Manage project-based sales and key accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, manufacturers and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions.
- Understand technical and commercial requirements of customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product requirements and order execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.
- Travel for customer and project meetings as required.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the LED driver industry.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience working with lighting dealers, manufacturers or related businesses preferred.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry and LED driver products.
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
