We are hiring Business Development Associates to promote our Hospital Management Software to Hospitals, Clinics & Diagnostics Centres.

Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and doctors to introduce our Hospital Management Software.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and confident manner to potential clients.
- Schedule or conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for decision makers such as doctors or owners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our product offerings.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by building trust and addressing objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the product and support team to ensure smooth onboarding of recent customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help improve our product and strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently speak to clients.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to understand customer problems and present solutions effectively.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English; knowledge of local language (Odia/samblpuri etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to make calls, travel for meetings if required, and actively engage with prospects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in healthcare sales, medical software, hospital equipment, or pharmaceutical sales.
