Job Title: Cycle Account Executive - Zepto Store Operations
Department: Sales & Account Management
Reports To: Franchisee
Role OverviewAs a Cycle Account Executive for our Zepto Store, you will manage the inventory counts, via simple bin count, SKU wise Audit and make sure the inventory is properly managed in the store and there should be no Shrinkage / loss.
Ensure 100% stock accuracy, minimize Damage, and optimize product availability for rapid delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts across bin locations to maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies immediately.
- Damage & Shrinkage Control: Monitor product expiration dates and in time mark the item as expired. Ensure there no expiry item aavailable in the lIve inventory bin.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Delivery Hub Manager and Shift incharge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, or supply chain operations,
ideally within quick commerce, or retail FMCG.
- Analytical Skills: Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Problem Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, data-driven decisions to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage diverse team member.
