Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day legal and HR compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, agreements and legal documentation.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and ensure proper compliance documentation.
- Draft and review employment agreements, vendor agreements, work orders, notices and other legal documents.
- Maintain statutory registers, licences, renewals and compliance records.
- Handle labour-related notices, disputes and coordination with government departments.
- Support HR in employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and disciplinary matters.
- Manage office/site administrative documentation and records.
- Coordinate with external advocates,



consultants and government authorities whenever required.
- Prepare regular HR Compliance & Legal Status Reports for management.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Law (LLB) preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Legal, HR Compliance & Administration, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to independently manage compliance deadlines and documentation.
