The role
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to own and scale the affiliate channel across our UK pharmacy and supplement brands. You will build the programme from its current base into a major acquisition channel, recruiting and managing publishers, content sites, comparison platforms, influencers and cashback partners, while keeping every partner inside UK pharmacy advertising rules.
This is a senior, hands on role. You will set the strategy,
do the outreach, negotiate the deals, run the reporting and be accountable for the revenue. You need to already know the UK online pharmacy affiliate landscape: which partners drive real volume in weight loss and pharmacy, what commission structures work, and where the compliance lines sit.
What you will do
- Own affiliate strategy, targets and P&L; across OVIO brands
- Recruit, onboard and manage publishers, content partners, comparison sites, cashback and voucher platforms, and influencers
- Run the programme on networks such as Awin, Impact, Partnerize or a direct platform, and manage tracking, attribution and payouts
- Negotiate commission structures, tenancy deals and exclusives that protect margin and drive volume
- Ensure every partner's promotion complies with MHRA, ASA and GPhC rules, including prescription only medicine restrictions, and take down non compliant content quickly
