Role Overview

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Quality Engineer to join LogiQlink’s AI-first Quality Engineering practice.

You will work alongside senior Quality Engineering leadership and engineering teams while independently owning assigned testing and automation work. The broader quality direction and automation architecture may be established by senior engineers, but you will be expected to understand technical problems, build reliable coverage, investigate failures, and follow issues through.

We are looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals who is willing to continue learning as the work evolves. Prior experience designing automation frameworks or leading a Quality Engineering function is not required, although there will be opportunities over time to take on more advanced technical responsibilities based on solid delivery and demonstrated capability.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Engineering
- Build, maintain, and improve automated tests across UI, API, and integrated end-to-end workflows.
- Create and maintain reusable fixtures,



page and service abstractions, API clients, configuration utilities, test-data utilities, and reporting components.
- Follow established standards for test isolation, retries, parallel execution, logging, error handling, naming, and project structure.
- Work with environment configuration and secret-management patterns across development, integration, staging, and production-like environments.
- Integrate and maintain automated tests within GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose flaky tests and framework failures rather than masking instability with retries.
- Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to reliable automation for assigned workflows and risks.
- Determine whether scenarios are best validated through UI automation, API testing, integration testing, or hands-on testing.
