The Service Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), modernization, repairs, spare parts, and elevator upgrades. The role involves developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for elevators and escalators.
- Identify opportunities for modernization, repairs, upgrades, and spare parts sales.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote service offerings.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on pending quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the service and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve commercial issues.
- Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely AMC renewals.
- Conduct market surveys to identify current projects and competitors' activities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in elevator service sales, AMC sales, modernization sales, or industrial service sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
