Job Title: Sales Executive - Medical Radiation & Imaging Equipment

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive specializing in advanced diagnostic and surgical imaging modalities. The primary focus will be driving market revenue and expanding market share for high-value radiation imaging technology, including Mobile/Fixed C-Arm systems, Digital Radiography (DR) units, and Flat Panel Detector (FPD) upgrades. This role requires pitching technical product advantages to radiologists, orthopaedic surgeons, biomedical engineers, and hospital procurement boards.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Drive direct sales of C-Arm, DR systems, and FPD technology to hospitals, diagnostic centres, orthopaedic clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline: Prospect target key decision-makers (Radiologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Hospital Owners, Purchase Committees).
- Tender & Commercial Negotiation:



Prepare commercial quotations, manage hospital tender responses, and handle technical price negotiations to close deals.
- Post-Sale Oversight: Coordinate with site planning and installation engineers to ensure proper equipment delivery, AERB compliance/radiation safety readiness, and staff orientation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Radiology Technology, or Business/Marketing.
- Experience: 2-5 years of capital medical equipment sales, strictly focused on X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, FPD, or CT/MRI modalities. Any Medical sales background is acceptable.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 60-70%).
