Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
- Explain and present furniture, interior products, designs, and solutions to customers.
- Handle showroom walk-ins, enquiries, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Generate new leads through references, networking, online enquiries, and other channels.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design/technical team as required.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Coordinate with designers, production, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Keep updated about new products, furniture trends, materials, and interior solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, home décor, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage.
