Super Cement Articles is looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Supervisor - Civil to manage and supervise our precast concrete manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production of precast RCC/concrete products.
- Monitor reinforcement, mould preparation, casting, vibration, curing, demoulding, and finishing activities.
- Manage labour, allocate manpower, and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Check dimensions, concrete quality, reinforcement, and finishing as per drawings/specifications.
- Maintain production records, material consumption, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Project teams.
- Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, and discipline within the plant.





Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Mandatory.:
- 2-5 years of experience in precast, RCC, concrete, or construction-related work preferred.
- Good knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, and quality control.:
- Strong leadership, communication, and manpower-handling skills.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹11,717.77 - ₹33,047.55 per month
