Work Timings:
- 6 Days a Week | Sunday - weekly off.

Responsibilities & Targets

Training -Coordinate onboarding sessions for all newly recruited faculties. -Design and facilitate structured training programs with senior faculty -Track the progress and performance of new faculties during their probation period. -Maintain and update a comprehensive induction module

3. Rapport & Management-Maintain the central Faculty Database with all relevant documentation and records. -Resolve faculty-related concerns in collaboration with academic managers. -Build and maintain strong rapport with faculties -Promote a positive and skilled faculty culture across all centers. -Monitor and manage faculty feedback, behavior, and discipline along with the Academic Manager.

5. Salary, Payroll & Revisions -Collate monthly attendance and coordinate with the Accounts team for accurate payroll processing. -Manage payment structures based on faculty role, engagement type -Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of salary, contract, and payment data. -Address
