Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective overseas customers.




- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and business proposals to drive conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, call activities, and lead status in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements and concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and customer engagement targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Represent the company professionally while communicating with global clients.
