Job description:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues reported by end-users, both remotely and on-site.
- Repair or replace defective hardware components, such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
- Perform hardware maintenance tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper cable management and organization within computer systems and network setups.
- Collaborate with software technicians or system administrators to resolve hardware-related software issues.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.




- Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive or confidential data during hardware repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware repairs, replacements, and inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with new hardware technologies, advancements, and industry trends.
- Assist in the procurement and testing of new hardware components and peripherals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
