Accounts Receivable Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices.
- Record sales and receivables in the accounting system.
- Monitor outstanding payments and due dates.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain aging reports and track overdue receivables.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customers regarding payment issues.
- Process credit notes, adjustments, and refunds.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles.




- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Tally, Ginesys, or similar software.
- Positive Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-9 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
