Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers, production, and sourcing teams
- Handle order follow-ups from sampling to final dispatch
- Manage fabric, trims, and accessories approvals
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure quality standards as per buyer requirements
- Maintain costing, order sheets, and production reports
- Resolve production and quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Experience in garment merchandising (women’s wear preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, sampling & production flow
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting formats
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion, Textile, or Garment Technology
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience
