Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, trims, embellishments, and finished garments.
- Track inward and outward movement of inventory across departments.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, and merchandising teams for inventory planning.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and MIS reports.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper storage, categorization, and handling of fabrics and materials.
- Monitor fabric consumption and wastage during production processes.
- Support management with inventory forecasting and procurement planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience in a fashion design house, couture label, or designer brand.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, têxtiles, embroidery materials, trims, and garment production processes.
- Good understanding of inventory control and stock management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer-based inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion setting and manage multiple inventory categories efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with luxury fashion, bridal couture, occasion wear, or designer apparel brands.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
