Qualification:
- Overall experience should be 5-10 Years in ITS Support
- Strong experience in Application Support (L2) in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in SAG WebMethods and Oracle Database.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
- Experience with OpenShift or container platforms.
- Knowledge of incident management,
problem management, and change management processes.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

As a Senior Solution Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing second and third-level operational support on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents that have not been addressed by lower support levels.

- Administer and support SAG WebMethods, including monitoring, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage and maintain Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
