Interpret financial performance and profitability.Perform ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis

Guide teams on the end-to-end trade lifecycle: order initiation,



execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliations.

Support change management, training plans, and performance management rituals (daily huddles, root-cause analysis).

Partner with product owners to define functional requirements, review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents ensuring alignment with capital market workflows.
