Job Title: Civil Junior Engineer

About the Role

The Civil Junior Engineer will assist the Civil Engineering team in planning, designing, executing, and monitoring construction projects. The role involves on-site supervision, technical support, quality control, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and site reports.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Assist senior engineers in surveying, site inspections, and material testing.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors for delivery schedules and progress updates.
- Prepare project documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with seniors for clarification of technical queries and updates on project milestones.
- Track project progress and alert seniors about potential delays or issues.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience (fresher may be considered).
- Working knowledge of civil drafting tools (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Positive communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills: Site supervision, CAD drafting, quantity estimation, material testing.
- Soft Skills: Team player, problem-solver, proactive, attentive to detail.
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), basic engineering software.
- Reporting: Ability to compile clear and accurate reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
